Service technician did a good job in quickly diagnosing the repair and showed up on time. Our refrigerator unfortunately requires a new compressor, but at a very large price tag for replacement of the compressor. After originally posting a review indicating confusion and surprise on why the cost of the replacement was so high. Justin the Owner went out of his way to personally call me to explain the reasoning behind it and to work with me through a few different options based on my current situation. Not many companies would care enough to take the time to make things right. Would recommend the company.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Appliance 911. They are truly the best appliance repair service provider that I have ever used! They are honest and trustworthy...from the owner to the employees. I have had problems with my oven (that are not their fault). They have been so good about helping me to get everything back in working order. I was referred to them by a friend, and I will refer all of my friends to Appliance! It is so nice to know that I finally have someone to call that I can trust when things go wrong with my appliances!
