Step 1: Your service call / appointment can be made via phone or online. Our service call fee is $60
Step 2: Our tech arrives, diagnoses your systems issue and we give you an estimate to fix your system (parts, if needed, & labor).
Step 3: If you accept the estimate and move forward with the repair, the $60 is applied toward estimate (parts & labor). If you do not want to move forward with the repair, the $60 is for our time and travel to diagnose the issue.
